North Valley IT exists to help businesses manage the technology they rely on every day. We work for small and medium-sized businesses: an office, a clinic, a shop, a crew. They don’t have an IT department, and they shouldn’t need one to have computers that work.

We do the practical things well. We keep the network documented, the updates applied, the backups tested and the accounts in order. When something breaks, a person who already knows your setup picks up the phone. When something should change, we say so in plain language and tell you what it will involve.

We would rather tell you that what you own is fine than sell you a replacement. And we treat security as part of everyday IT, not as a separate product you have to be frightened into buying.
